Le présent arrêté du Gouvernement flamand est relatif à la lutte contre l’érosion. L’article 1er établit que dans les limites des crédits budgétaires prévus à cet effet, le Ministre peut, conformément aux dispositions fixées dans le décret et dans le présent arrête, accorder une subvention aux communes en vue de l'application d'instruments et de mesures de lutte contre l'érosion à petite échelle.

This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of six articles and four Annexes, provides details on the content of flood plan and procedure of its approval. Flood plan is composed of flood safey work plan (specified in Annex 1 and 2) and flood rescue plan (Annex 3 and 4). Procedure for approval of flood plan is defined in art. 3.

Local Land Committees are executive bodies of the Land Committee responsible for land matters in oblasts, cities, rayons, and jamoat. The composition f each of these types of committees is specified. The Chairman of oblast committees is appointed by the Chairman of the Land Committee and shall have the professional qualification of "land manager". The oblast committees shall be responsible for the implementation of the national land policy, and shall supervise rational use and protection of land, and promote improvement of all farms of farming.

This Decision of Directorate approves the three Annexes providing for new procedures for soil and groundwater protection and establishes guidelines for the management of contaminated areas and potentially pollutant infrastructures. It specifies the "Procedures for Soil and Groundwater Quality Protection", the revision of the "Procedure for the Management of Contaminated Areas" and establishing the "Guidelines for Management of Contaminated Areas in the Environmental Licensing Areas".

La presente Resolución crea en el ámbito de la Secretaría de Agricultura, Ganadería, Pesca y Alimentos el Programa Nacional de Interlaboratorios de Suelos Agropecuarios (PROINSA), cuyo objetivo general es propender a mejorar la calidad de los resultados analíticos de los ensayos de los laboratorios de suelos del territorio nacional, tanto públicos como privados.
