El presente Decreto modifica el que reglamenta la Ley que adopta medidas para la prevención del desplazamiento forzado y la atención, protección, consolidación y estabilización socioeconómica de los desplazados internos por la violencia, en relación a la disposición que establece que los notarios se abstendrán de autorizar escrituras públicas de actos jurídicos que impliquen transferencia de dominio de predios rurales ubicados en zonas de desplazamiento, mientras los solicitantes no aporten copia del certificado de libertad y tradición.

These Regulations implement provisions of the Land Planning and Development (Guernsey) Law, 2005 in relation with appeals to the Planning Tribunal or to an adjudicator.

These Regulations prescribe the procedure to be followed for an inquiry to be conducted by an inspector into the provisions of a new or replacement Development Plan, Subject Plan, Local Planning Brief or for amendments thereto prepared by the Environment Department pursuant to the Land Planning and Development (Guernsey) Law, 2005 and the Land Planning and Development (Plans) Ordinance, 2007. They also make provision for the appointment and functions of the Inquiry Administration who shall assist the inspector with the administration of the inquiry and define powers of the inspector.

This Regulation prescribes the content and manner for the correct keeping of the Central register of planning documents (including various sectors, such as land planning, physical planning and construction).The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

The Decision 1190 of 2009 lays down the framework of the National Agency of Territory Planning (NATP) as a legal entity under the authority of the Minister of Public Works, Transport and Telecommunication. The Decision is composed of the following Chapters: General Provisions (I), NATP Responsibilities and Duties (II), Organization Management and Administration of NATP (III), Hiring Procedures (IV), Final Provisions (V).

The enactments mentioned in Schedule 1 to this Act shall have effect subject to the amendments there specified (being amendments consequential on the re-enactment of provisions in the consolidation Acts). The transitional provisions, transitory provisions and savings contained in Schedule 2 to this Act shall have effect.

The administration, control, custody and management of the Coastal Zone, and the general administration and implementation of the provisions of this Act are hereby vested in the National Environmental Protection Authority. "Coastal Zone" means the area laying within a limit of twenty five (25) feet landwards of the mean high water line and a limit of two hundred feet seawards of the mean low water line. The Authority shall appoint a Director of Coast Conservation.
