A partir de esta autodemarcación, el pueblo y las comunidades indígenas Pemon se han aglutinado en torno al territorio y ha permitido el desarrollo de una perspectiva cultural para enfrentar las amenazas que se ciernen sobre el mismo. Aunque su reconocimiento y conversión sigue siendo un asunto pendiente a garantizar por parte del Estado.

Registration of land title evidences an indefeasible ownership. However, many people have become victims of fraud. Due to the increase in fraud and the weaknesses of the registration system in the country, this study aims to provide solution to the problem. The paper highlights the controversy surrounding indefeasibility and the concept of federalism in the land administration systems in Malaysia. The electronic land systems and fraud prevention measures in the country are also analysed. While other jurisdictions have title assurance fund, it is not available in Malaysia.

Córdoba, en particular, es una de las áreas en las que aún no se ha trabajado en profundidad ni con la misma intensidad para todos los períodos, aún cuando se dispone de un notable acervo documental para seguir procesos de larga duración y compararlos con los de otras regiones.

En el proceso hubo problemas con ganaderos quienes se apropiaron de parte de lo demandado.Por ese motivo, a modo de proteger y defender su territorio, las familias weenhayek como medida estratégica desdoblaron sus comunidades constituyendo unas nuevas.

The recognition of the customary land rights: lessons from the Province of Bié in Angola

Effective recognition of customary land rights is still a challenge in Angola, as in many other African countries. Despite customary land rights of the traditional rural communities are expressly recognized in the 2004 National Land Law, very few communities in Angola have been able to register their land. In the Province of Bié, in Angola central highlands, only five customary collective land titles (called Dominio Util Consuetudinario) had been issued within the period 2004-2015.
