La presente Ley modifica la que tiene por objeto la ordenación territorial y urbanística de la utilización del suelo para su aprovechamiento racional en el ámbito de la Comunidad Autónoma de Extremadura, respecto principalmente a la definición del concepto de aprovechamiento preexistente aclarando y resolviendo la indeterminación jurídica, a la determinación del aprovechamiento objetivo de las superficies del suelo urbano con destino dotacional público no incluidas en unidades de actuación, y sobre los usos y aprovechamientos relacionados con el medio rural en aquel suelo no urbanizable que

La presente Ley tiene por objeto establecer un marco general que regule la actividad de los sectores agrario y agroalimentario en Extremadura, de conformidad con el carácter estratégico de los mismos para el desarrollo de la Comunidad Autónoma, así como el régimen jurídico de las infraestructuras rurales de Extremadura.

Article 6 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Information on terms and conditions of purchase of agricultural land plots shall be posted on official web-site of the regional administration”.

El presente Decreto Legislativo modifica la Ley de promoción del acceso a la propiedad formal, respecto a la introducción de medidas complementarias para la promoción del acceso a la propiedad formal, disponiendo entre otras cosas, la modificación de normas relacionadas con la adjudicación de tierras del Estado con fines de vivienda a través de la implementación de Programas de Adjudicación de Lotes de Vivienda, a cargo del Organismo de Formalización de la Propiedad Informal (COFOPRI).

El presente Decreto Legislativo regula el procedimiento a seguir para la inmatriculación de predios de propiedad privada de particulares en el Registro de Predios, con la finalidad coadyuvar en la prevención de la usurpación y de los conflictos sobre el derecho de propiedad predial.

This Regional Law regulates relations dealing with land tenure, protection and conservation of land, establishing plenary powers of regional state bodies in this sphere. It establishes minimum (0, 04 ha) and maximum (100 ha) public and municipal land areas for plots of land allotted for family farming, and minimum (0, 04 ha) of consolidated plots of agricultural land. Single natural or legal persons cannot have in ownership more than 20 percent of the whole available agricultural land area on the regional territory.

This Regional Law regulates the issues of allotment free of charge of public land plots pertaining to the regional or municipal public land stock in ownership or on lease to natural and legal persons, but also in cases envisaged by Land Code of the Russian Federation in permanent (open-ended) tenancy to legal persons and to natural and legal persons in tenancy or lease free of charge or for fee.

This Regional Law regulates the issues of allotment free of charge of public land plots pertaining to the regional or municipal public land stock in ownership to some categories of citizens. The following categories of citizens shall have the right of allotment free of charge of public land in ownership: (a) multi-child families (with three and more dependent children); (b) single-parent families; (c) disabled persons. Plots of land shall be granted within the boundaries of municipal district of permanent residence.
