Le susdit règlement porte des dispositions relatives à la composition, l'organisation et le fonctionnement du groupe de travail chargé de l'élaboration du projet de plan directeur sectoriel «Préservation des grands ensembles paysagers et forestiers». Le texte comprend 6 articles.

This Decree establishes the modalities of exemption from payment of land tax of afforestation and reforestation areas. It shall be applicable to forest species considered regenerated or regrown by State Forest Service, the age of main species for the current year of survey an assessment shall not exceed: (a) coniferous – 40 years; (b) hardwoods broadleaved species – 40 years; and (c) soft broadleaved species and speckled alder – 10 years. Land shall be exonerated from payment of land tax if on it has been performed forest inventory in accordance with the established modalities.

This Decree determined methodology of planting urban protection forests in accordance with land-use planning of territory on the outskirts of urban areas. Boundaries of urban protection forests shall be coordinated with local government and shall be posted on natural boundaries marked on land, for example roads, ditches, power supply lines etc. Local government shall inform State Forest Service on the boundaries of urban protection forests and shall make accessible information related thereto. Urban protection forests of two closely adjacent cities can overlap.

This Decree establishes the modalities of exoneration from payment of land tax for land plots under young plantations and young growth of forest species. Young growth shall be identified as such in accordance with the classification of State Forest Service applicable to afforestation and reforestation areas age of which shall not exceed the following parameters: (a) 40 years for coniferous species; (b) 40 years for broad-leaved hard-wooded species; (c) 20 years for broad-leaved softwood species (except for speckled alder); and (d) 10 years for speckled alder.

This Decree establishes the modalities of transfer of forest land to other categories of land and the modalities of calculation of e compensation of damages caused to the state as a result of destruction natural forest environment due to transformation of forest land. Destruction of natural forest environment shall be considered any action causing destruction of forest at any stage of its growth.

These Regulations: (a) add to Schedule 2 the activities "management of ancient wood pasture" and "spring cropping" (reg. 2(5)); (b) add to Schedule 3 (capital activities) the activity "marking of deer fence to reduce bird collision" (reg. 2(6)); (c) substitute in Schedule 4 (rates of payment for activities) a new rate of payment for management of hedgerows (reg. 2(7)); and (d) add to Schedule 4 rates of payment for management of ancient wood pasture, spring cropping and marking of deer fence (regulation 2(7)).

This Order removes burdens on processors of, and those bodies substantially representative of growers of, home-grown sugar beet by repealing, in so far as it extends to England and Wales, section 68 of the Food Act 1984. Section 3 obliges inter alia the Secretary of State and the National Assembly for Wales, after consulting such processors and representative bodies, to prepare an annual programme for the carrying out of research and education in matters affecting the growing of home-grown beet.

These Rules regulate the procedure to be followed in Wales for hearings caused by the National Assembly for Wales to be held by a person appointed by it before it, or the inspector, determines an application made on or after 1 June 2003 in relation to an application for planning permission or listed buildings consent which has been referred to the National Assembly or an appeal brought on or after that date in relation to planning permission, listed building consent, consent for the demolition of unlisted buildings in conservation areas, tree preservation enforcement notices or tree preserv

These Rules regulate the procedure to be followed in connection with local inquiries in Wales held by a person appointed by the National Assembly for Wales to determine appeals made to it in relation to planning permission, listed building consent, consent for the demolition of unlisted buildings in conservation areas, tree preservation order consent and tree preservation enforcement notices.

These Rules regulate the procedure to be followed in connection with local inquiries in Wales held by the National Assembly for Wales before it determines applications referred to it, or appeals made to it, on or after 1 June 2003 in relation to planning permission, listed building consent, consent for the demolition of unlisted buildings in conservation areas, tree preservation order consents or tree preservation enforcement notices.

The present Regulations provide for the enactment of the Forest Resources Management Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to Crown resource land referred to in :a) The Forest Resources Management Act; b) The Provincial Lands Act; c) The Natural Resources Act. A licensee within the meaning of the Forest Resources Management Act shall obtain a resource land disposition to use or occupy Crown resource land for the purposes of a processing facility, camp, mill site, timber storage area, quarry, or sand and gravel pit.
