This Act, consisting of three sections and completed by three Schedules, concerns the application of the Aboriginal Heritage Act 1972 and establishes that the Aboriginal Heritage Act 1972 does not apply to any place that is on land described in Part 1 of Schedule 1, Part 1 of Schedule 2, or Part 1 of Schedule 3, or to any object situated on or under any of that land. The reference in subsection to the Aboriginal Heritage Act 1972 includes a reference to any condition imposed or other thing done under that Act before the commencement of this Act.

This Act provides the legislative basis for the reform of the Northern Ireland planning system. The reforms concern every aspect of planning, including how development plans are drawn up, how development proposals and applications are managed and the way in which these functions are delivered. The development plan and development management systems are modified so as to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Other significant changes are made in respect of planning appeals and enforcement.

This Decree-Law, consisting of 3 articles and 2 Annexes, establishes new geographical limits and 3 detailed maps of the aforementioned area. It also concerns the protection and valorization of the environmental sector so called "Baia das Gatas" within the island of S. Vicente as an Area of Touristic Development.

This Directive lays down rules on integrated prevention and control of pollution arising from industrial activities, particularly those referred to in Chapters II to VI (which include combustion plants, waste incineration plants and installations and activities using organic solvents as well as installations producing titanium dioxide). It sets out provisions to prevent or reduce emissions into air, water and land and to prevent the generation of waste, in order to achieve a high level of protection of the environment.

This Act consist of 7 Parts divided into 41 sections: Preliminary (1), Administration (2), Approved Property Plans (3), Project Areas (4), Objections and Appeals (5), Financial Assistance (6), General Provisions (7). The Act vests powers in the chief executive of Primary Industries relating to soil conservation to facilitate the implementation of soil conservation by land holders. The main instruments are property plans, run-off coordination notices, project plans for project areas and soil conservation orders.

The present Law enforces the Federal Land Use Planning Act of 22 June 1976. The purpose of the present Law is to achieve a balanced and economical use of land with a view to the natural living conditions, protection of nature and cultural heritage. La presente Ley tiene por objeto regular la doble naturaleza de la veguería, determinar la división territorial de Cataluña en veguerías y establecer el régimen jurídico de los consejos de veguería y la transición de las diputaciones provinciales a los nuevos consejos de veguería. La veguería es un ente local con personalidad jurídica propia, determinado por la agrupación de municipios, y constituye el ámbito territorial específico para el ejercicio del gobierno intermunicipal de cooperación local.

This Act principally amends the Planning and Development Act, 2000 so as to, among other things, change the list of legal acts of the European Union given effect to by the principal Act and to provide for a wide variety of environmental protection measures in relation with planning and development including protection of habitats, landscape, water resources and biodiversity. The Planning and Development Act, 2000 and the Waste Management Act, 1996 are amended in relation with protection of European sites as defined by the principal Act.
