This Notice of the President assigns to the Minister of Lands and Rural Resettlement - (a) the administration of the Acts set out in the Schedule; and (b) the functions conferred or imposed on the Minister save to the extent that those functions have not been assigned to some other Minister. The list of Scheduled Acts includes the Immovable Property (Prevention of Discrimination) Act, the Regional, Town and Country Planning Act, Rural District Councils Act, the Urban Councils Act.

This Act makes provision with respect to prevention of discrimination based on race, origin, creed, gender, etc.The Act concerns, among other things, prevention of discrimination in regard to public premises, commodities, services and facilities, prevention of discrimination in regard to sale, lease or other disposal of any immovable property and prevention of discrimination in regard to granting of the financing of land transactions and other financing.

La presente Ley reconoce que las mujeres guatemaltecas tienen derecho al goce, ejercicio y protección de todos los derechos humanos y las libertades consagradas en la Constitución Política de la República e instrumentos internacionales en materia de derechos humanos.

4.1 The Agriculture Development Strategy (ADS) will guide the agricultural sector of Nepal over the next 20 years. The structure of the agricultural sector is expected to change considerably with agribusiness to grow faster. Strong linkages between agriculture and other sectors in the economy will be critical to the reduction of poverty particularly in rural areas where the development of non-farm activities based on agriculture will be fundamental for the growth of an overall robust economy, a more balanced rural economy, and employment generation.

This Proclamation aims at improving management and utilization of land and land resources for agricultural purposes in the Southern Nations, Nationalities And Peoples' Regional State. It applies to all land that lies outside of municipal borders. The Proclamation defines the right to acquire, free of charge, rural land by peasants, pastoralists and semi-pastoralists engaged in agriculture and the equal rights of women with respect to land and provides for the protection of such rights.

This Regulation implements provisions of the Proclamation of The Southern Nations, Nationalities And Peoples Regional State on rural land rights and use. It applies to all types of rural land and lands used for agricultural purposes in urban territory.

El presente Decreto declara de emergencia nacional la conclusión del proceso de saneamiento de la propiedad agraria previsto por la Ley Nº 1.715, garantizando la participación de las organizaciones sociales y de productores (art. 2º), así como de las mujeres (art. 3º). Por saneamiento de la propiedad agraria se entiende el procedimiento técnico jurídico destinado a la regularización y perfeccionamiento del derecho propietario.

El presente Plan, que es de alcance nacional y será coordinado por la Secretaría de la Mujer de la Presidencia de la República durante el período 2008-2017, obedece al concepto de género basado en la desigualdad de las relaciones.

El presente Reglamento regula la obligación de los órganos de la administración del Estado de escuchar y considerar la opinión de las organizaciones indígenas cuando traten materias relacionadas con cuestiones indígenas, según lo establecido en el artículo 34 de la Ley Nº 19.253 sobre protección, fomento y desarrollo de los indígenas. En especial se define y regula el procedimiento de consulta y se establecen disposiciones detalladas en tema de participación.

The Agricultural Policy for Nigeria is a sectoral national policy in force for the period of 1985-2000. The main objective of the document is to further develop and improve the performance of the country’s agricultural sector.The Policy envisages a series of measures to enable more inclusive and efficient agricultural and food systems. Among others, it provides for a water supply for food crop production to be increased through the construction of irrigation structures, dams and boreholes in strategic food crop production zones.

This Decree regulates the agrarian reform and the management of natural resources in Indonesia. It shall be a process of sustainable restructuring, monitoring, ownership and exploration of such resources.

This National Land Policy will guide the country towards efficient, sustainable and equitable use of land for prosperity and posterity. The Mission of the Policy aims at: promoting positive land reforms for the improvement of the livelihoods of Kenyans through the establishment of accountable and transparent laws, institutions and systems dealing with land (sec. 1.3). The overall objective of the National Land Policy is to secure rights over land and provide for sustainable growth, investment and the reduction of poverty in line with the Government’s overall development objectives.
