Cutting a total land of 753.46 ha in Krangtes village of Krangtes commune in Pech Chreada district of Mondulkiri province: 689.38 ha from Mondulkiri Genetic Resources, Plants and Wildlife Conservation Protected Forest, 56.16 ha from Mondulkiri Protected Forest, and 7.92 ha from ELC of DTC Group Co., Ltd; Reclassifying 728.77 ha as state private land for granting donation of ownership to 115 families; and Reserving 24.69 ha as state public land.
