The Governor shall appoint a Commission to deal with concessions confirmed by the Chief Court. Any concession or grant on land conferring any of the rights listed in article 4 shall be suspended until further notification is made according to the provisions of this Act. The Commission appointed by the Governor shall determine the boundaries of the land affected by concession, and shall, where necessary, order the erection of beacons, the performance of surveys and, in general, anything necessary to put an end to all uncertainty and confusion as regards the situation, extent and boundaries of any land affected by any concession. The Minister for Local Administration may expropriate, subject to the provisions of the law in force, any land as may be required for the establishment or extension of towns or villages upon payment of a compensation. The Minister shall keep registers of all concessions confirmed by the Chief Court, and of all leases, cessions, hypothecation or other land rights, as well as of all general powers of attorney, notarial bonds and contracts with respect to persons and property in Swaziland which have been registered by the Registrar of Deeds. Part III provides for the confirmation of rights granted by the King or the Paramount Chief of Swaziland, which has been duly registered in the Deeds Office but not confirmed by the Chief Court of Swaziland. Part V regulates the rights of way, and other servitudes, over land subject to a land concession.
