This Regulation, consisting of 4 Parts completed by two schedules, contains provisions on licences under the Agricultural Chemicals Distribution Control Act and on safety requirements for the aerial and ground distribution of agricultural chemicals.Part 2 regulates the examination process of any class of licence and specifies the reasons for refusing a licence (sects. 14-15) and for suspending or cancelling a licence (sects. 16 –19).Part 3 deals with security of the distribution operations, by land or air. It spells out which are the areas declared to be hazardous areas for aerial and ground distribution (set. 33), and which are the prescribed conditions for distribution for each area.The Regulation is completed by Schedules, specifying the areas excluded from the Act, hazardous areas and fees to be applied under the Act.
