Order No. 147 of the State Committee on Land Resources validating the Instruction on registration by the bodies of the Committee of the materials regarding administrative offences.

This Instruction elucidates the modalities of registration by the bodies of the State Committee on Land Resources of the materials on administrative offences in case of the exposure of the violations of land legislation, appeal against the decisions, control over record keeping of administrative offences. The provisions of the Instruction shall be compulsory for the state inspectors for land tenure and protection of land authorized to draw reports and apply penalties for administrative offences. The report on administrative offences shall contain the following data: 1) the date and the place of drawing; 2) position and personal data of the official; 3) personal data of the offender; 4) description of the offence; 5) explanation of the offender; 6) note on environmental pollution or clogging up caused to land resources. Appeal against the decision on administrative offences can be filed within ten days from the date of drawing report.
