The present Ordinance implements the Federal Land use Planning Act of 22 June 1976 and the Building Law of 3 December 1978. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the cantonal land use plan. The purpose of the plan is to coordinate the land use planning of the federal state and the other cantons. The text consists of 7 articles.
