This Act amends the Agricultural (Commercial) Land Reform Act, 1995 so as to make regional governors members of Land Reform Advisory Commission committees. A committee established under subsection (1) of section 9 shall consist of the regional governor for the respective region, who shall be the chairperson of the committee and one or more members of the Commission, designated by the Commission for that purpose, and, if the Commission deems it necessary, one or more other persons not being a member or members of the Commission.
