This Federal Law establishes legal status of the territories of priority rapid socio-economic development in the Russian Federation, measures of state support thereof and the modalities of performance of activities in such territories. Decision on attributing the status of priority rapid socio-economic development territory shall be made by the Government in the form of decree containing the list of authorized economic activities. Territory of rapid priority socio-economic development shall be set up either on the territory of a sing local government or on the territory of several local governments. The aforesaid Decree envisages also preferential taxation terms, including preferential terms of payment of land taxes. Management company shall submit to the Government land-use planning scheme and land tenure regulations. Expropriation of land plots for the needs of priority rapid development territories shall be performed in accordance with the national civil and land legislation.
