The contracting parties, i.e. Chemawawin First Nation, Easterville Community Council, Manitoba Hydro Electric Board, and Her Majesty The Queen in Right of the Province of Manitoba, have concluded the present Settlement Agreement which includes, among other things, monetary components, completion of land obligations and additions, and establishment of a joint co-management arrangement. The text consists of 7 articles as follows: Interpretation (I); Settlement (II); Conditions (III); Covenants, Acknowledgements and Releases (IV); Representations and Warranties (V); Arbitration (VI); Provisions of General Application (VII).
