The Austrian Federal Government (German: Österreichische Bundesregierung) is a collective body that exercises executive power in the Republic of Austria. It is composed of the Chancellor, who is leader of the government, the Vice-Chancellor, and senior ministers. The President and the Government together form the executive branch of Austria.

Law amending the Tyrol Land Use Planning Law 2006.
The present Law introduces some amendments to the Tyrol Land Use Planning Law (LGBl. No. 27). In particular, the Ordinance amends, inter alia, article 1 on Tasks and objectives of the supra-regional land use planning; article 2 on Principles of supra-regional land use planning; article 4 on Coordination; article 7 on Land use plan programmes; article 10 on Modifications of land use programmes; article 12 on Land use plans; article 29a on Costs.

Styria Geo-Data Infrastructure Law 2011.
The purpose of the present Law is to lay down rules aimed at the establishment of the infrastructure for spatial information in Styria with a view to environmental policies and activities which may have an impact on the environment. For the purpose of the present Law “Infrastructure for spatial information” means metadata, spatial data sets and spatial data services; network services and technologies; agreements on sharing, access and use.
Environmental Assessment Impact Ordinance for Land Use Plans.
The present Ordinance implements the Upper Austria Land Use Planning Law 1994 (No. 114/1993). The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to land use plans subject to environmental impact assessment. However, article 2 establishes that such plans shall only be subject to an environment impact assessment, if they are likely to have significant environmental impacts. The text consists of 3 articles.

Land Transaction Law.
The Act contains at the outset a definition clause relating to the various terms therein employed, such as "land", "building land", "building permit", "foreigner", "planning permission", etc. Part 3 regulates in particular the transfer of agricultural and forestry land and the requirements for its conversion into building land. Furthermore, it outlines the conditions and procedures for acquisition of land by foreigners. Part 3 establishes the competent authorities and, in particular, various Land Commissions.
