Experience gained by BVVG Agriforest Privatization Agency regarding lease contact design is reflected in the draft model contact.
Although this draft was constructed with at most accuracy, using various sources as a reference, it does not fit all situations nor cover all issues. Therefore, duplication of the document requires adapting the model contract to Ethiopian context and in particular, the lease object, the parties involved and their specific needs.
