AustLII is Australia's most popular online free-access resource for Australian legal information, serving the needs of a multitude of users with over 700,000 hits daily. AustLII is a joint facility of the UTS and UNSW Faculties of Law.
The Australasian Legal Information Institute (AustLII) provides free internet access to Australasian legal materials. AustLII's broad public policy agenda is to improve access to justice through better access to information. To that end, we have become one of the largest sources of legal materials on the net, with over four million searchable documents.
AustLII publishes public legal information -- that is, primary legal materials (legislation, treaties and decisions of courts and tribunals); and secondary legal materials created by public bodies for purposes of public access (law reform and royal commission reports for example) and a substantial collection of law journals.

The Regulation consists of the following Parts: Preliminary (1); Administration (2); Land Assessment (3); Sale, Lease or Other Disposal of Crown Land (4); Dedication and Reservation of Land (5); Miscellaneous (6). The application for consent to the transfer of land is subject to a recording under the following provisions of the Act: (a) section 36 (4) (a) (condition in contract for sale); (b) section 37 (2) (a) (conditions on a sale to a purchaser); (c) section 38 (a) (transfer restrictions on purchases); (d) section 44 (1) (a) (transfer restrictions on leases).
Access to Neighbouring Land Act 2000.
This Act concerns servitude and the right of passage on other people’s land for the purpose of carrying out works on one’s own land or on utility services on that land. The Act provides for the legal procedures for implementing such rights.
Adelaide Park Lands Act 2005.
This Act provides for the establishment of the Adelaide Park Lands Authority and for its internal composition.
Pastoral Land Management and Conservation Regulations 1991.
These Regulations implement the Pastoral Land Management and Conservation Act 1989 by providing specifications on public access routes, on travelling stocks, on access to water for travelling stocks and on dispute settlement.

Land Acquisition Regulations 1991.
These Regulations implement the Land Acquisition Act 1969 by providing specifications on forms and procedures related to the acquisition of land (sects. 5-6) and on terms and conditions of tenancy (sect. 7).
