Law No. 8368 amending Law No. 7665 on the Priority Tourism Development Zones.
This Law amends Law No. 7665 on the Priority Tourism Development Zones by replacing throughout the text the words “Ministry of Tourism” with “Committee for Tourism Development”, and the words “Minister of Tourism” with “Chair of the Tourism Development Committee”.

Surveying and mapping strategy for supporting the emerging land market in Albania
Regulation No. 485 of 2014 amending Regulation No. 289 date 17.05.2006 on the organization and functioning of the Agency of Legalisation, Urbanisation, and Integration of Informal Zones/Construction (ALUIIZC).
This Regulation amends articles 2, 3, 5 and 9 of Regulation 289 of 2006. According to the amendments the ALUIIZC will now have the General Directorate based in Tirana and local departments in every district except the district of Tirana where it will have four local departments. The agency is chaired by the General Director and two deputy directors. Further, ALUIIZC implements duties and responsibilities laid out in Law no. 9482 of 2006.
