The present Order enacts the Mines and Minerals Act. Section 1 establishes that under subsections 14(1) and (3) of the Mines and Minerals Act, the Minister withdraws, inter alia, from prospecting and staking out and from lease: a) all mineral rights, the property of the Crown, within the area of the lands described in Schedule A; b) all sand and gravel rights, the property of the Crown, within the area of the lands described in Schedule B; c) all potash rights, the property of the Crown, within the area of the lands described in Schedule C. Seven Schedules are enclosed.
