For the purpose of the present Regulation “Board” means the Heritage Places Advisory Board, established by section 3 of the Act; and “Commission” means the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission created pursuant to the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. I-11.

Section 2 of the above-mentioned Act establishes that the Association of Prince Edward Island Land Surveyors as constituted in the previous Act on the same subject is hereby continued as a body corporate under the same name. The Act regulates its internal organization and its functioning.
