The Ministery of land and forests shall be responsible for the management of public land, as well as for the management of the timber and forests belonging to public lands.
Regulation respecting the prevention of water pollution in livestock operations (R.Q. c. Q-2, r.18)
The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to the prevention of water pollution in livestock operations. Section 2 establishes that no person shall construct or undertake to operate a new livestock operation, expand, change types of livestock or increase the number of animal units, or install or modify a manure storage site without having obtained a certificate of authorization for that purpose from the Minister.
Regulation respecting the reduction of pollution from agricultural sources (R. Q. c. Q-2, r.18.2).
The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to the reduction of pollution from agricultural sources. In particular, its purpose is to protect water and soil against pollution caused by the raising of fur-bearing animals and livestock.
Regulation respecting standards of practice for location certificates (CQLR c. A-23, r. 10).
The present Regulation is made under the Land Surveyors Act. For the purpose of this Regulation, unless otherwise indicated by the context, “immovable property” means an immovable such as a parcel of land with or without a building, superficies, an immovable held in divided co-ownership or a private portion of an immovable held in divided co-ownership.
Regulation respecting the sale, lease and granting of immovable rights on lands in the domain of the State (CQLR c. T-8.1, r. 7).
The present Regulation is made under the Act respecting lands in the domain of the state. The Regulation applies to lands in the domain of the State under the authority of the Minister of Natural Resources and Wildlife under section 3 of the afore-mentioned Act.
