This Act repeals the Tonga Electric Power Board Act (CAP.93) and provides rules of transition in relation with such repeal. Notwithstanding the repeal, at the date of coming into operation of this Act any licence granted under the Tonga Electric Power Board Act (CAP. 93) shall continue to be valid on such terms and conditions of approval for the period stipulated therein.

Personal Property Securities Act 2010 (No. 33 of 2010).
This Act makes provision with respect to: all transactions where the effect is to secure an obligation with collateral, including pledge, hire-purchase, conditional sale, company charge, chattel mortgage, assignment, and the like; (b) the sale of accounts and chattel paper; (c) consignments; (d) the lease of goods for a period greater than one year; (e) a security interest in a building or other improvement to real property, and to the rental of a building or other improvement to real property for a period greater than one year; and (f) the interest of a lien holder in collateral.
Land Court Rules 1991.
These Rules concern proceedings, enforcement of judgment and orders of the Land Court of Tonga as established under the Land Act. The procedure of the Supreme Court as set out in the Supreme Court Rules shall apply, except as provided otherwise in these Rules.The Rules concern commencement of proceedings by writ in the form as set out in the Schedule to these Rules, service of writ out of the jurisdiction of the Court and trail of actions. The Rules also concern the execution of an order of Court for the possession of land.

Land (Occupation by Aliens) Regulations (CAP. 132A).
These Regulations require any alien desiring to reside upon or to occupy any land, or to reside in or occupy any house that is the property of a Tongan subject, to apply beforehand to the Minister for Lands for a permit. The Minister for Lands may, in his or her discretion, issue such permit for a limited period of time.
Government (Amendment) Act (No. 35 of 2002).
This Act amends the Government Act (Cap. 3) by repealing sections 17(4), 20 and 25.It also provides that all subsidiary legislation made under the Principal Act and in force immediately before the coming into force of this Act, so far as it is consistent with the provisions of the Public Service Act 2002, shall continue in force as if made under that Act.
