The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe certain matters for the purposes of the Valuation of Land Act 1960. These Regulations are made under section 52 of the Valuation of Land Act 1960.
The objectives of these Regulations are: to prescribe standard rules for public auctions for the sale of land; to prescribe written information statements that must be made available for public auctions for the sale of land, and to prescribe how that information is to be made available; and to prescribe the obligations of auctioneers at public auctions for the sale of land.
