El Decreto, que consta de 3 artículos, dispone que el formato a que se refiere el artículo 9º de la Ley de titulación de las tierras de las comunidades campesinas de la costa, dada por la Ley Nº 26.845, será aquel que use cada comunidad para el otorgamiento de los respectivos contratos de transferencias de los derechos de propiedad de las tierras a terceros, y deberá precisar el predio que se transfiere, el precio, las obligaciones del vendedor y del comprador y cualquier otro pacto que hayan convenido las partes, conforme a los estipulado en el Código Civil.

El Reglamento consta de 8 títulos, 27 artículos, 2 disposiciones complementarias, 1 transitoria y 1 final.

An order by the Board under section l9(1) allotting or otherwise dealing with land vested in the Board under that section must be transmitted to the Native Lands Commission which must register the allotment or dealing in the Register of Native Lands. Until an allotment of or other dealing with vacant land is made under section 19(1), income arising from the control and administration of the land must be paid to the Central Fijian Treasury and used exclusively for the benefit of Fijians in a manner and for purposes approved by the Minister on the advice of the Great Council of Chiefs.

The Regulation provides for the recognition of traditional land rights acquired by a community of people who derives their living by cultivating or otherwise disposing of that very land and they shall be entitled to those rights as per the application of local traditional law.

El presente Decreto establece normas sobre la operación del Fondo de Tierras y Aguas Indígenas contemplado por el artículo 20 de la Ley N° 19.253. El presente Decreto regula la creación de las asociaciones de Cabildos y/o Autoridades Tradicionales Indígenas, que tienen por objeto el desarrollo integral de las Comunidades Indígenas.

This Act regulates land tenure in villages established pursuant to a settlement and resettlement program in the 1970's. Section 3 provides for the extinguishment of all rights to occupy or to use land in accordance with any customary law existing or held or claimed to be held by any person in any village. Compensation shall not be paid for the loss of any right or interest in or over land which has been extinguished.

This Decree approves administrative limits of native people "Kaxinawá" along the "Humaitá" River, into the State of Acre. It consists of 3 articles laying down geographical coordinates of the aforementioned administrative limits.
