El presente Texto Único de la Ley Nº 41, Ley General de Ambiente, que comprende las reformas aprobadas por la Ley Nº 18 de 2003, la Ley Nº 44 de 2006, la Ley Nº 65 de 2010 y la Ley Nº 8 de 2015, reconociendo que la administración del ambiente es una obligación del Estado, por tanto, mediante la presente Ley, establece los principios y normas básicas para la protección, conservación y recuperación del ambiente, promoviendo el uso sostenible de los recursos naturales.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto regular y proteger el suelo rústico de las islas Baleares, mediante la definición de los terrenos que lo constituyen y las calificaciones básicas para su ordenación; el establecimiento de su régimen jurídico con las limitaciones legales que delimitan el contenido del derecho de propiedad; y la regulación de las actividades que pueden admitirse, las condiciones de las edificaciones y de las instalaciones a ellas vinculadas y el procedimiento para su autorización.

El presente Ley tiene por objeto la regulación de los espacios naturales de Navarra que hayan sido declarados por ésta o por las entidades locales competentes como tales espacios por contener ecosistemas de especial interés o valores naturales sobresalientes, con la finalidad de garantizar su protección, conservación, restauración y mejora, y de constituir la Red de Espacios Naturales de Navarra.

This Act provides with respect to local government and local authority (i.e. a District Assembly, Town Assembly, Municipal Assembly or City Assembly) in Malawi. For the administration of local government, there shall be local government areas as set out in the First Schedule. This Schedule may be modified by the Minister. For every local government area there shall be an Assembly. An Assembly shall have certain powers with respect to land. Sometimes the consent of the Minister responsible land is required for dealings in land by an Assembly.

This Law determines all necessary information, official borders and denominations for the declaration of the area of “Žumberak and Samobor”, including the areas with common boundaries.Žumberak and Samobor Mountains, with a total area of 333 square kilometers, is hereby designated as Croatian nature park "Žumberak-Samobor."

This Act extensively amends the principal Act.

This Resolution is composed of 7 Chapters divided into 34 articles. Chapter I gives terms and definitions. Chapter II deals with the establishment of industrial zones, in particular: establishment and definition of industrial zones shall be carried out by a resolution of the Prime Minister; industrial zones are divided into branches industrial zones and branches into sub-branches; maps; industrial activities shall start within a year from the date of the receipt of land vouchers; and, keeping of land registers.
