Presentations included Argentina’s efforts in utilizing geospatial information for sustainable territorial management, emphasizing the integration of advanced data systems. Paraguay's experience showcased advancements in cadastre data governance, detailing how efficient data management can strengthen land administration. The second session, centered on methodologies for land valuation, taxation, and titling, was complemented by Guatemala’s presentation of the Property Rights Observatory, which demonstrated the value of open data and community involvement in property and cadastral management.
