La presente Ley aprueba el Plan Regional para el Desarrollo de la Región Interoceánica y el Plan General de Uso, Conservación y Desarrollo del Área del Canal, como instrumentos de ordenamiento territorial de la región interoceánica, para que sirvan como marco normativo a la incorporación de los bienes revertidos al desarrollo nacional, para las zonificaciones y usos del suelo en la región interoceánica que realicen los entes gubernamentales y los particulares.

This Regulation contains general rules for the prevention and limitation of harmful effects on the environment caused by horticulture with covered cultivations. This category is defined by article 1.1 of the Environment Protection Act. Covered cultivation shall be carried out in accordance with directions outlined in the Attachment to this Regulation. Who intends to start covered horticulture shall give notice at least four weeks before starting to the inspector and the appropriate authorities (art. 3).

The preparation of the Tanzania National Adaption Programme of Action plan is the result of the impacts of climate change on sectors such as agriculture, water, health, energy and others in 2007. Tanzania NAPA document is informed by the aspirations of National Development Vision 2025 for high and shared growth, quality livelihood, peace, stability and unity, good governance, high-quality education and global competitiveness. The NAPA preparatory process involved the participation of many stakeholders.

The reports to be submitted by Member States for the period from 1 January 2009 to 31 December 2011, regarding the implementation of Directive 2008/1/EC, must be drawn up by following the questionnaire set out in the Annex to this Regulation.

Le présent arrêté fixe les mesures du programme d'actions national destinées à protéger les eaux contre la pollution par les nitrates d'origine agricole.Ces mesures visent à lutter contre la pollution par les nitrates d'origine agricole.

Le présent arrêté modifie les dispositions des articles 1, 2, l’annexe I et II, VII de l'arrêté du 19 décembre 2011 relatif au programme d'actions national à mettre en œuvre dans les zones vulnérables afin de réduire la pollution des eaux par les nitrates d'origine agricole.

The Act consists of 125 sections divided into 5 Parts: The Environment Agency and the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (I); Contaminated Land and Abandoned Mines (II); National Parks (III); Air Quality (IV); Miscellaneous, General and Supplemental Provisions (V).The Environment Agency and the Scottish Environment Protection Agency are established as a body corporate. The Environment Agency shall inherit functions of the various environment protection authorities including the National Rivers Authority and the London waste Authority, both abolished by this Act.
