Le présent décret porte réglementation des servitudes des canaux primaires d’évacuation des eaux pluviales,des zones inondables inconstructibles et des zones submersibles dans la ville de Ouagadougou. Tout canal primaire d’évacuation des eaux pluviales aménagé est obligatoirement assorti d’une servitude de 100 mètres de part et d’autre des limites dudit canal.

This Regional Act lays down the legislative framework concerning the protection of soil, water resources and coastal territories in Toscana. The Act establishes principles for the adoption of programmes, plans and projects to undertake interventions that have an impact on such resources. A Commission for Soil Protection is established (art. 4). Provisions on monitoring and penalties are laid down too.

The products to which the Regulations apply (defined in regulation 2) must comply with the requirements listed, by reference to the relevant Community legislation, in Schedule 1. Trade samples and products intended for exhibition or study or analysis are exempt from the Regulations (regulation 3(1)). Products intended for personal use which comply with the conditions in regulation 3(3), are exempt from all but a few of the regulations. Regulations 4 and 16 define the authorities that enforce the Regulations. Regulations 7, 8 and 9 confer the necessary enforcement powers.

These Regulations amend the Protection of Water Against Agricultural Nitrate Pollution (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 in relation with public participation in respect of drawing up certain plans and programmes relating to the environment as required by Community legislation. The Regulations concern public participation in the preparation, review or revision of any action programme relating to a nitrate vulnerable zone in England or Wales.

La présente ordonnance porte la réglementation relative à la gestion des sols pollués. Elle règle la gestion des sols pollués, en vue de garantir la suppression, le contrôle, l'endiguement ou la réduction de la pollution de manière à ce que les sols contaminés, compte tenu de leur utilisation actuelle ou prévue pour l'avenir, ne présentent plus de risque grave pour la santé ou l'environnement.

This Act consists of 44 sections and 3 Schedules. The sections are divided into 5 Parts: Preliminary (without number); National Resources Conservation Authority-Establishment and Functions (I); Financial Provisions, Accounts and Reports (II); Staff (III); General (IV).The National Resources Conservation Authority is established under section 3.

The Degree, aiming at a better protection of waters and water basins from nitrate pollution, completes paragraphs a and b, article 2 of Ministerial Joint Decree No. 19652/1906/1999, as amended by Ministerial Joint Decree No. 20419/2522 of 2001, by adding to the Catalogue of vulnerable zones, the Asopos river basin, in the region of Boeotia. The delimitation of area is delimited on a map attached to this Decree.

The specific objectives to be attained in this field include the following: Conservation of Environmental Resources; integration of environmental concerns in economic and social development; development of environmental ethics in citizens. The policy recognizes the right of every person to a clean and healthy environment.

These Regulations amend the Action Programme for Nitrate Vulnerable Zones (Scotland) Regulations 2008 to correct minor errors in regulation 9 so that that regulation applies to the storage of livestock manure other than slurry.
