Ce décret modifie le décret qui porte dispositions réglementaires prises en application de la loi nº 77-663 relative aux installations classées pour la protection de l'environnement ainsi que le livre IV du Code de l'urbanisme.

The Regulation of the Minister of Environment is composed of 23 Paragraphs. Requirements concerning location, construction, exploitation and closure of waste landfills, must ensure the protection of human health and the environment, and in particular prevent the pollution of surface and underground waters, soil, land and air.

This Act creates a new legislative and management framework for the marine environment in Scotland. It, among other things: establishes a new system of marine planning to take into account marine environment protection and management matters, creates a system of licensing of marine activities and defines powers to establish marine protected areas to protect natural and cultural marine features. The Act also introduces a new regime for the conservation of seals and gives powers to Scottish marine enforcement officers to ensure compliance with the new licensing and conservation regime.

According to article 91a, paragraph 1, of the German Constitution (Grundgesetz) measures on the improvement of production methods, working conditions, management and in general in the agricultural, fishery, forestry and water sector shall be taken with the agreement of regional governments. For this purpose a common frame work is devised and every year within the 1 March the Länder submit a general working plan to the Federal Minister for Nutrition, Agriculture and Forestry for approvement within the said frame work. The Act consists of 14 articles.

These provisions are adopted in implementation of Directive 2010/75/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on industrial emissions (integrated pollution prevention and control). They establish the best available techniques (BAT) conclusions for the production of cement, lime and magnesium oxide.

These Regulations consolidate the waste management licensing and exemption system currently contained in the Waste Management Licensing Regulations 1994 as amended.

This Decree defines the content of a Extraction Waste Management Plan and concerns permits as defined in section 8.1. of the Environment Protection Act or section 1 of the Act on the Pollution of Surface Waters. In particular, the Decree defines the conditions the competent authority shall attach to permits. These conditions regard the operation of waste treatment facilities and aim at the protection of water and soil.

These Regulations make provision for public support for good agricultural practice to protect waters against pollution from agricultural sources. The aim of the Regulations is to reduce pollution of the environment and especially groundwater and surface water resources by more ecologically sound agricultural practice.

La présente loi autorise la ratification de la réglementation commune aux Etats membres du CILSS sur l’homologation des pesticides, révisée et adoptée par le Conseil des Ministres du CILSS, le 16 décembre 1999 à N’Djaména (Tchad), dont le but est de mettre en commun (dans un cadre sous-régional de coopération) les expériences et l’expertise des Etats membres pour l’évaluation et l’homologation des pesticides afin d’assurer leur utilisation rationnelle et judicieuse, ainsi que la protection de la santé humaine et de l’environnement.

This Act makes provision for a national water policy and for the establishment of the Water and Sewerage Authority and concerns several aspects of water resources management and policy. The Government shall promote a national policy for water and sewerage in Grenada. The Authority is established as a body corporate and shall be a successor to the Central Water Commission. Assets and liabilities of Central Water Commission shall be transferred to the Authority.

Le présent arrêté abroge la fiche n° 4.5 annexée à l’arrêté du 24 octobre 2005 relative à l’autorisation de pêche et la remplace par la fiche n° 4.5 (nouveau); la fiche n° 6.7 annexée à l’arrêté du 24 octobre 2005 relative au procès-verbal de remise d’un lot de réforme agraire est remplacée par la fiche n° 6.7 (nouveau).
