Cet arrêté fixe les montants des redevances et du prix de cession définitives des concessions rurales.

This Act imposes a charge on the capital gains deriving from the sale of any land and grants powers to the Governor-General to impose an additional charge on concessions made under this Act in respect of special development areas as defined by this Act. The Act further provides for the assessment of gains deriving from sale and the collection of duty by the Commissioner, appeals against decisions of the Commissioner and regulation-making powers and prescribes offences.

Le présent décret a pour objet de fixer les modalités de rétrocession ou de concession des terrains situés à l’intérieur des zones d’expansion et sites touristiques. Les terrains retenus par le plan d’aménagement touristique sont cédés ou affectés par l’Etat à l’agence nationale de développement du tourisme par accord amiable entre les ministres chargés du tourisme et des finances dans le cadre de la législation et de la réglementation en vigueur en la matière.

Le présent décret a pour objet de fixer les modalités d’établissement du plan d’aménagement touristique des zones d’expansion et sites touristiques, et notamment les modalités de son élaboration, instruction, contenu et approbation.

The purpose of the present Law is to regulate land use planning in the Canton of Schaffhausen. The text consists of 92 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: Introductory provisions (A); Planning of the Canton (B); Provisions and planning of local authorities (C); Cantonal building regulations (D); Old buildings and plants, exceptions and concessions (E), Concessions proceedings (F); Compensation, contributions and fees (G); Implementing transitional and final provisions (H).

Le présent décret fixe les modalités d’application de la loi n°60-004 du 15 février 1960 relative au domaine privé national. Le service des domaines est chargé de gérer les biens appartenant à l’Etat ainsi que ceux qu’il détient sous l’expectative d’une appropriation définitive à l’expiration d’un certain délai. Cette gestion s’applique également à tous les biens sur lesquels l’Etat exerce un pouvoir d’attribution ou de surveillance, tels que les biens des contumax.

This Legislative decree is composed of seven Titles divided in 92 articles. It defines principles and rules related to land use of both public and private bodies. Land is considered to have a socio-economic and ecological function and therefore it must be used in a sustainable manner. The Decree rules on public and private domain and provides land classification. Particular attention is paid to regulate land sale, rent and concession. Finally, the Decree provides for a land register.

This La establishes that objects of concession can be land and other natural resources, exploration, prospecting, extraction and management thereof. All categories of land except for protected areas and forest fund can be allotted in concession. Concession shall be regulated by concession contract. The Act consists of six Sections divided into 27 articles: (1) general provisions; (2) provision of concession; (3) concession contract and compensation; (4) rights and duties of the parties; (5) guarantees and liability; and (6) conclusive provisions.

El presente Real Decreto tiene por objeto la aprobación de las normas técnicas aplicables para la determinación del valor catastral de los bienes inmuebles de características especiales: centrales térmicas, centrales de producción de gas y regasificación, refineries, aeropuertos y puertos comerciales.

This Act provides rules relative to prospecting, quarrying and mining of minerals. The Act also regulates the exportation of radioactive minerals and safeguards rights of Amerindians in respect of land and restricts rights of Amerindians to take minerals.The Minister may constitute part of Guyana as a mining district. All minerals shall vest in the State. The Guyana Geology and Mines Commission may grant licences or permits to enter on private lands and to search and take minerals on such land. The Act provides rules for large scale and medium and small scale mining and prospecting.

This Decree is composed of five articles. It refers to the ongoing process of land distribution for agricultural development. More specifically, it rules on land concession contracts.
