Determining 32,940 hectares of 7 management areas in Nature Protection Areas (Preah Moninong "Bokor" National Park, Preah Sihanouk "Ream" National Park, Snoul Wildlife Sanctuary, and Beoung Per Wildlife Sanctuary) as sustainable use zones, and granting the land for agro-industry investment to Y Seng Co., Ltd; for eco-tourism development to Royal Group; for rubber planation and agro-industry investment to Retthy Kiri Seyma Co., Ltd; for rubber plantation and agro-industry investment to Hout Sambat Co., Ltd; for rubber plantation investment to E-Investment Co., Ltd; for rubber and other trees
The Sub Decree No.11 ANK.BK of March 22, 2000 on Procedures of Establishing the Cadastral Index Map and Land Register shall be considered void and replaced by this Sub Decree that determines the procedure of establishing cadastral index map and land register through the systematic adjudication in areas declared as an adjudication area as stated in article 2 of this Sub Decree.

Reclassifying 8,846 hectares of land as state private land in Romtom, Robeap, Raksmey and Romdors communes of Roveang district in Preah Vihear province for for agro-industry (rubber, accacia and other trees plantation) investment.
Determining 8,200 hectares as sustainable use zone in Kulen-Prumtep Wildlife Sanctuary in Oudor Meanchey province, and granting the land for agro-industry and rubber plantation for 70 years to Khun Sea Import Export Co., Ltd.
Reclassifying 9,097 hectares as state private land in Phnom Prich Wildlife Sanctuary in Mondulkiri province for agro-industry investment under concession condition.
Determining 321 hectares as sustainable use zone in Dorng Peng Multiple Use Area in Koh Kong province, and granting to land for agro-industry and rubber plantation investment to Lim Lung Co., Ltd.
Reclassifying 321 hectares in Dorng Peng Multiple Use Area in Koh Kong province for agro-industry and rubber plantation investment under concession condition.
