The present Ordinance implements the Spatial Information Ordinance of 17 June 2008. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to fees to be charged for access to geo-data and rendered geo-services. The text – consisting of 12 articles – deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: sphere of application, access to data, transfer of data, utilization of geo-services, fees for similar products, value added tax, repeal, entry into force.

The present Schedule of fees implements the Law of 26 November 1995 on official land survey. In particular, the Schedule lays down provisions relating to details of levying of fees for services concerning official land survey.

Primero: dar aplicación al principio de la función social de la propiedad que sanciona la Constitución y que no se cumple en ciertas sierras de regadío. Segundo, existe una baja producción en estas sierras en relación con sus posibilidades técnicas la cual debe aumentarse mediante el incremento de la producción por hectárea y una utilización mayor de personal.

This Regional Decree establishes the modalities of performance of municipal land control by local government. Municipal land control shall be conducted in the form of ordinary and extraordinary inspections of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs. The Decree-Law is set in bold-type and the Decree is set in normal characters. In order to safeguard real estate rights and statutory interests, the register of real estate contains data on all immovable property in the country, on rights in connection thereto and other relevant information. Certain rights come into being through registration.

The document consists of 9 Parts. The grounds for reserving land for protected areas shall be programs of development and distribution of protected areas validated in accordance with the established modalities. Plots of land destined for protected areas shall be surveyed on site by a special commission with the participation of landowners concerned. The results of on-site survey shall be legalized in the form of act with the enclosure of survey map.

This Act, consisting of 54 sections divided into six Parts and completed by one Schedule, aims at finding a compromise between the cultural traditions of the Aboriginal and the need for development of the Northern Territory. The Act establishes the procedure for the registration and protection of sacred sites and prescribes how to protect sacred sites in the planning for the development and use of land. For the purposes of the Act, Aboriginal Areas Protection Authority is established and regulated.

The purpose of this Act is to promote the use, improvement and conservation of national land, from a comprehensive viewpoint of policies for the economy, society, culture, etc., with consideration for natural conditions of national land, by formulating National Spatial Strategies and taking other measures, in combination with measures by the National Land Use Planning Act (Act No. 92 of 1974), and thereby contributing to the realization of the economy and society in which present and future citizens can live rich lives with peace of mind.

This Ministerial Decree validates the Regulation on State cartographic and geodetic fund and the Regulation on state geodetic survey. State cartographic and geodetic fund shall contain geodetic and cartographic materials and data stored at specialized organization authorized to form, keep and store State cartographic and geodetic fund. Inclusion to and exclusion from State cartographic and geodetic fund of materials, data and information shall be carried out in accordance with the established modalities in accordance with expert opinion expressed by the Ministry o Justice.
