The present Schedule of fees implements the Law of 26 November 1995 on official land survey. In particular, the Schedule lays down provisions relating to details of levying of fees for services concerning official land survey.

Primero: dar aplicación al principio de la función social de la propiedad que sanciona la Constitución y que no se cumple en ciertas sierras de regadío. Segundo, existe una baja producción en estas sierras en relación con sus posibilidades técnicas la cual debe aumentarse mediante el incremento de la producción por hectárea y una utilización mayor de personal.
This Circular, consisting of 6 articles, establishes the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment as a governmental agency performing the state management of land; water resources; minerals and geology; environment; hydro-meteorology; climate change; survey and cartography; integrated and unified management of sea areas and islands; and public services in the sectors and fields under its management.
This Act makes provision for the subdivision of land by a registered proprietor of a freehold estate or a leasehold estate in land that is subject to the Land Titles Registration Act 2008. The subdivision of land so as to provide for units shall be effected by approval under the Survey Act 2010 of a plan, which shall be drafted in accordance with this Act. Upon the approval of a unit plan, a common property in the plan vests in the body corporate created on approval of the plan.
This Decree-Law is composed of four chapters divided into 21 articles. It rules on cartography production. Special attention is paid to the control and recording of cartography documents.

This Regional Decree establishes the modalities of performance of municipal land control by local government. Municipal land control shall be conducted in the form of ordinary and extraordinary inspections of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs. The document consists of 9 Parts. The grounds for reserving land for protected areas shall be programs of development and distribution of protected areas validated in accordance with the established modalities. Plots of land destined for protected areas shall be surveyed on site by a special commission with the participation of landowners concerned. The results of on-site survey shall be legalized in the form of act with the enclosure of survey map.

In order to safeguard real estate rights and statutory interests, the register of real estate contains data on all immovable property in the country, on rights in connection thereto and other relevant information. Certain rights come into being through registration.
The purpose of this Act is to promote the use, improvement and conservation of national land, from a comprehensive viewpoint of policies for the economy, society, culture, etc., with consideration for natural conditions of national land, by formulating National Spatial Strategies and taking other measures, in combination with measures by the National Land Use Planning Act (Act No. 92 of 1974), and thereby contributing to the realization of the economy and society in which present and future citizens can live rich lives with peace of mind.
This Ministerial Decree validates the Regulation on State cartographic and geodetic fund and the Regulation on state geodetic survey. State cartographic and geodetic fund shall contain geodetic and cartographic materials and data stored at specialized organization authorized to form, keep and store State cartographic and geodetic fund. Inclusion to and exclusion from State cartographic and geodetic fund of materials, data and information shall be carried out in accordance with the established modalities in accordance with expert opinion expressed by the Ministry o Justice.
