These Regulations amend the Land Survey Regulations in regulation 2 by inserting new definitions and by repealing Part VIII and substituting a new Part on Plans for Registration.

La presente Decreto modifica el Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector Administrativo, Agropecuario, Pesquero y de Desarrollo Rural, en lo relacionado con el Registro Único de Predios y Territorios Abandonados (RUPTA), con el objeto de armonizar el Registro Único de Predios y Territorios Abandonados (RUPTA) con el Registro de Tierras Despojadas y Abandonadas Forzosamente, creado mediante la Ley Nº 1.448.

The present Ordinance implements the Survey Act 1968. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to conditions under which land shall be considered as altered because of ground motion. The purpose of the present Law is to lay down rules aimed at the establishment of the infrastructure for spatial information in Vienna and its surroundings with a view to environmental policies and activities which may have an impact on the environment. The text consists of 17 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Metadata, spatial data sets and spatial data services (2); Network services (3); Use of spatial data and spatial data services by competent authorities (4); Coordination and monitoring (5); Legal protection (6); Final provisions (7).

The Act provides the restrictions on the acquisition of immovables used as profit yielding land arising from public interest and the restrictions on the acquisition of immovables arising from national security reasons. For the purposes of the Act, public interest is, in particular, development of the management for specific purposes and sustainable management of immovables used as profit yielding land which contain agricultural and forest land.

The purpose of the present Law is to lay down rules aimed at the establishment of the infrastructure for spatial information in Burgenland with a view to environmental policies and activities which may have an impact on the environment. For the purpose of the present Law “Infrastructure for spatial information” means metadata, spatial data sets and spatial data services; network services and technologies; agreements on sharing, access and use.
