Le présent décret fixe les modalités d’instruction et de délivrance des actes d’urbanisme. Il s’agit notamment du certificat d’urbanisme instruction et délivrance; du permis de lotir; du permis de construire; du permis de démolir instruction et délivrance; et des dispositions particulières aux bâtiments menaçant ruine.

These Regulations implement provisions of the Land Titles Act 1980 by providing procedures for bringing land under the Act, the contents of folios of Register and certificates of titles and prescribes the manner in which dealings are to be lodged for registration and the circumstances in which the Recorder may refuse to accept dealings for lodgment.

This Act makes provision for rights in land of the Crown and citizens of Barbuda and related matters such as registration and provides rules relative to the development of land in Barbuda.The Act states that all land shall be owned in common by the people of Barbuda and that the land shall vest in the Crown on behalf of the people of Barbuda. No land in Barbuda shall be sold and no person shall acquire the ownership of any land. The Council of Barbuda may grant leases of land for major developments.

Le présent arrêté fixe les zones maritimes pour l'utilisation de gardiennage privé contre la piraterie maritime. Notamment, l’article 1er établit que les zones maritimes visées à l'article 3 de la loi du 16 janvier 2013 portant diverses mesures relatives à la lutte contre la piraterie maritime, sont fixés comme suit: la zone maritime délimitée par Suez et le Détroit d'Ormuz au Nord, 10° Sud et 78° Est. Le texte comprend 2 articles.

This Act makes provision for the establishment of local authorities, provides for functions and powers of such authorities and for other matters related to local authorities such as the cadastral database and the granting of permits and licenses.Local authorities shall have various functions in the field of control of local matters including control of food, aquaculture and agricultural operations. Section 40 defines the purposes of local authorities. They include the promotion of the environment.

These Regulations prescribe standards for the use of sewage sludge in agriculture. They give effect to Council Directive No. 86/278/EEC relating to the protection of the environment and in particular of the soil when sewage sludge is used in agriculture. Sludge shall not be used or supplied for use in agriculture except in accordance with these Regulations.

These Regulations implement the land-use planning obligations in Directive 2012/18/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the control of major-accident hazards involving dangerous substances. They specify the substances which are hazardous substances for the purposes of the Planning Act (Northern Ireland) 2011 and the controlled quantities of those substances. They also lay down the procedure for applications for consent and the determination of applications.

This Ministerial Decree stipulates that the Federal Registration Agency of Immovable Property shall be the authorized Federal institution regarding matters of land cadastre, planning, valuation, inventory and monitoring, and shall have the following plenary powers: (a) keep the state land cadastre; (b) carry out land use planning at the local level; (c) delimit national borders and administrative boundaries of municipal units; (d) evaluate land for cadastre purposes; (e) carry out monitoring and supervision of state land; and (f) undertake land surveys and mapping activities.

La presente Resolución modifica los Lineamientos para la Aplicación de las Disposiciones sobre Prevalencia de la Información Catastral, Tolerancias Catastrales y Registrales Permisibles, así como para la Expedición y Aprobación de Planos para la inscripción de predios rurales, respecto a la determinación y resolución de las posibles superposiciones registrales que existieran.

Este Decreto reglamenta la Ley Nº 11.078 (sobre tratamiento integral de la situación política, social, económica, jurídica colectiva e individual de las comuniaddes aborígenes) en lo relativo a la creación del Registro Especial de Comunidades Aborígenes de la Provincia Santa Fe (R.E.C.A.).
