This Act regulates various aspects of the management and handling of agricultural properties in order to ensure an ecologically friendly impact of agricultural activities safeguarding proper agricultural production, development of rural areas, etc. (art. 1). Agricultural properties shall be notified and registered. The Act also lays down rules relative to transfer of agricultural properties (Chapt. 7) and regulates certain aspects of ownership (Chapt.s 7, 8 and 9). Chapter 12 concerns joint agricultural properties and leases.

These Regulations (33 sections, 1 Schedule) is divided into 3 Parts: Preliminary (I); Registration (II); Performance of Surveys.

These Regulations amend the Regulations in terms of the Deeds Registries Act by substituting regulation 16 and by amending provisions concerning, among other things, the description of land, immovable property in partnership deeds, land transferred pursuant to a will, partition in case of inheritance, servitudes and leases.

The present Decree lays down provisions relating to the allocation of costs of cadastral surveying. In particular, article 1 establishes that costs shall be allocated to the Canton, municipalities and property owners or landlords. The text consists of 9 articles.

This Act ensures sound and diversified use of agricultural property for agricultural production, sustainable development of agricultural industries and improving the competitiveness of these industries; accommodates development in rural areas requiring these properties to be registered as a farm in Survey and Cadastre Authority's land register.The Act consists of 20 Chapters: Purpose (1); Definitions (2); Planning (3); Listed as farm (4); Termination or cancellation of farm duty (5); Residency requirement, residential buildings, vacant agricultural properties, operations, etc.

This Regulation, consisting of seven sections and three Schedules, implements the Land Title Act 1994. It specifies the lodging instruments of the land registry offices mentioned in schedule 1, the forms to be used in the office of the land registry and the fees payable under the Act. These Rules amend the Land Registration Rules 2003 in relation with overseas companies and by providing an additional form of execution for limited liability partnerships consequent upon the coming into force of the Limited Liability Partnerships (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 2009.

The Decision 460 of 2010 lays down the framework for the organization and functioning of the territory planning registration. The Decision is composed of the following Sections: organization and functioning of the registration system, the information to be published and registered in the registration system, rules for securing and keeping the electronic data, rules on the computer programs’ standards, financing the creation and functioning of the territory Planning Register, publishing in the Territory Planning Register, and final provisions.

This Law sets forth legal grounds for regulation of turnover of explosives on the national territory with a view of utilization of explosive energy for peaceful purposes. It shall not be applicable to military explosives. This Law covers manufacturing, testing, transport, storage, labelling, packaging, registration uses, trade and disposal of explosives for industrial use. All the aforesaid activities shall be subject to mandatory licensing and shall be performed exclusively by legal persons.

This regulation implements the Land Act 1994. Part 2 prescribes the guidelines for trustee permits and leases. Part 3 regulates the making land available, Part 4 concerns rents and tree management. Part 5 regulates registration, while Part 7 regulates the discontinuation of rights and tenures. The regulation is completed by 11 schedules.

The President of the Committee on Land Resources and Land Survey orders to validate the standard quotas of commonly indispensable expenditure of labour and costs for elaboration of designing and prospecting products of land survey and land cadastre financed out of the budget and to enact the costs for elaboration of designing and prospecting products of land survey and land cadastre within the Committee from 1 February 1994.

This Act establishes a Property Registration Authority, defines its functions and powers and internal organization and provides for the registration of deeds, i.e. documents by which an estate or interest in land is created, transferred, charged or otherwise affected.
