This Act makes provision for the establishment of local authorities, provides for functions and powers of such authorities and for other matters related to local authorities such as the cadastral database and the granting of permits and licenses.Local authorities shall have various functions in the field of control of local matters including control of food, aquaculture and agricultural operations. Section 40 defines the purposes of local authorities. They include the promotion of the environment.

These Regulations prescribe standards for the use of sewage sludge in agriculture. They give effect to Council Directive No. 86/278/EEC relating to the protection of the environment and in particular of the soil when sewage sludge is used in agriculture. Sludge shall not be used or supplied for use in agriculture except in accordance with these Regulations.

These Regulations implement the land-use planning obligations in Directive 2012/18/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the control of major-accident hazards involving dangerous substances. They specify the substances which are hazardous substances for the purposes of the Planning Act (Northern Ireland) 2011 and the controlled quantities of those substances. They also lay down the procedure for applications for consent and the determination of applications.

This Ministerial Decree stipulates that the Federal Registration Agency of Immovable Property shall be the authorized Federal institution regarding matters of land cadastre, planning, valuation, inventory and monitoring, and shall have the following plenary powers: (a) keep the state land cadastre; (b) carry out land use planning at the local level; (c) delimit national borders and administrative boundaries of municipal units; (d) evaluate land for cadastre purposes; (e) carry out monitoring and supervision of state land; and (f) undertake land surveys and mapping activities.

La presente Resolución modifica los Lineamientos para la Aplicación de las Disposiciones sobre Prevalencia de la Información Catastral, Tolerancias Catastrales y Registrales Permisibles, así como para la Expedición y Aprobación de Planos para la inscripción de predios rurales, respecto a la determinación y resolución de las posibles superposiciones registrales que existieran.

This Regional Law establishes that plots of agricultural land within the boundaries of inhabited areas and destined for agricultural production allotted on lease on condition of permanent (open-ended) land tenure as a result of renewal of lease contract or renewal of the right of hereditary possession of such land with the right of lease can be purchased in ownership by lease holder at the cost of 15 percent of cadastre value of such plots of land.

This Regional Law establishes payment for public or municipal plots of land allotted in ownership to natural persons for subsistence (family) farming, gardening and horticulture. Transfer in ownership of the aforesaid plots of land shall be based on cadastre value of land that however cannot be higher than standard price of land plots except for cases of purchase of land plots through auction sale or tender.

The present Ordinance implements the Law on the assessment of land value of 20 June 1968. In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to levying of fees charged by the assessment body of the Land Registry and Surveying Office. The text consists of 12 articles.

These Measures are divided into 8 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Ownership and Right to the Use of Land (II); General Plans for the Utilization of Land (III); Protection of Cultivated Land and Land Reclamation (IV); Land for Construction Purposes (V); Supervision and Inspection (VI); Legal Responsibilities (VII); Supplementary Provisions (VIII).Article 7 provides for lands which shall be under the collective ownership of farmers and herdsmen.

La présente ordonnance met en exécution l’ordonnance du Conseil fédéral du 23 septembre 2011 sur le registre foncier (ORF). Notamment, l’ordonnance réglemente la communication et la conduite des transactions par voie électronique avec: a) les bureaux du registre foncier et b) l’Office du registre du commerce.

This Act regulates various aspects of the management and handling of agricultural properties in order to ensure an ecologically friendly impact of agricultural activities safeguarding proper agricultural production, development of rural areas, etc. (art. 1). Agricultural properties shall be notified and registered. The Act also lays down rules relative to transfer of agricultural properties (Chapt. 7) and regulates certain aspects of ownership (Chapt.s 7, 8 and 9). Chapter 12 concerns joint agricultural properties and leases.

La presente Resolución aprueba el Reglamento de Inscripciones del Registro de predios, que regula los requisitos para la inscripción de los diferentes actos o derechos en el Registro de predios, las características de los documentos que dan mérito a las inscripciones y el contenido de los asientos registrales.
