La presente Ley declara reconoce la agricultura como una actividad de vital importancia para el bienestar económico de Puerto Rico y declara como política pública el reservar para uso agrícola los terrenos comprendidos dentro del Corredor Agrícola de la Costa Sur, que cumplan con estos propósitos. Asimismo, dispone la creación del Registro de Titulares de todas las fincas identificadas, en el cual se indicarán los datos de los titulares de las fincas comprendidas en el Corredor.

Land relationship in the Republic of Belarus is regulated by the Constitution, Presidential Decrees, by this Code and other Legislative Acts that implement it. Civil Code regulations are applicable to land relationship with regard to provisions established by land legislation. The document consists of XV Sections that contain 36 Chapters sub-divided into 164 articles. Section I lays down the general provisions. It contains Chapters 1-12. Section II establishes the rights and the duties of land-tenants, landlords and the owners of the plots of land.

The present Ordinance implements the Spatial Information Ordinance of 17 June 2008. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to fees to be charged for access to geo-data and rendered geo-services. The text – consisting of 12 articles – deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: sphere of application, access to data, transfer of data, utilization of geo-services, fees for similar products, value added tax, repeal, entry into force.

This Regional Law regulates relations originating in the process of establishment of cultural value of the objects of cultural heritage. The aforesaid process shall entail the following steps: (a) examination of the application for insertion of an object of cultural heritage in the register; (b) establishment of cultural value of an on object of cultural heritage; and (c) decision by the competent authority on insertion of the object of cultural heritage in the register of the objects of cultural heritage.

This Act makes provision for the subdivision of land by a registered proprietor of a freehold estate or a leasehold estate in land that is subject to the Land Titles Registration Act 2008. The subdivision of land so as to provide for units shall be effected by approval under the Survey Act 2010 of a plan, which shall be drafted in accordance with this Act. Upon the approval of a unit plan, a common property in the plan vests in the body corporate created on approval of the plan.

This Law, composed of four Chapters divided into 83 articles, regulates the Programme “Minha Casa, Minha Vida” on regularization of urban settlements. It aims to support municipalities in building new houses in order to help families to get one, giving priority to people living within informal settlements of urban areas. The Law pays special attention to sustainable urban projects and it also defines criteria to evaluate them.

Son varios los motivos que condujeron a la promulgación de esta Ley. Primero: dar aplicación al principio de la función social de la propiedad que sanciona la Constitución y que no se cumple en ciertas sierras de regadío. Segundo, existe una baja producción en estas sierras en relación con sus posibilidades técnicas la cual debe aumentarse mediante el incremento de la producción por hectárea y una utilización mayor de personal.
