The present Ordinance implements both the Cantonal Spatial Information Law of 16 November 2011 and the Federal Spatial Information Act of 5 October 2007. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the enforcement of federal legislation in the field of geographic information and the collection, management and use of spatial data for the area of the canton Basel-Stadt. Article 1 establishes that the competent Land Registry shall run an Alpine Register on mountains and pastures belonging to the Canton Appenzell Innerrhoden. The Government of Nepal may issue orders for purposes of land survey and measurement which shall be carried out by the prescribed authority (sect. 3). Sections 4 and 5 make provision for the measurement of land and the demarcation of boundaries of specified lands. Section 6 makes provision for land survey operations. After survey, measurement, and registration the prescribed authority shall issue a registration certificate under section 8. Section 10 provides for the classification of land according to its characteristics.

This Act provides for the collection and recovery of land revenue.The Act provides for the establishment of the Land Revenue Office which shall carry out the functions to be carried out by the Revenue Office, Fund and Collection Office or the Land Administration Office (Chapter 2).

These Regulations implement the Aboriginal Heritage Act 1972 by defining powers of the Minister which may determine to what protected areas the public or any person be admitted and the conditions upon which admittance shall be allowed; and may restrict the access to any protected area.The Regulations further provide for offences and penalties, activities requiring written consent of the Minister, etc.

This Act provides for transitional and consequential matters relating to the enactment of the Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006. It amends the Native Title Act 1993, the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Act 2005, the Aboriginal Land (Lake Condah and Framlingham Forest) Act 1987, the Aboriginal Land Rights (Northern Territory) Act 1976 and some other Acts.

This Act contains rules relative to real property and especially the lease and disposal of land.It prescribes rules relative to the manner of giving effect to equitable interests and powers, creation and disposition of equitable interests, vesting orders and dispositions of legal estates operating as conveyances by an estate owner, leasehold, rights on real property in case of infancy, lunacy or death, common ownership, registration of rights, etc.

This Decree amends the Cadastre Decree and some other Decrees in relation with the amendment of the Cadastre Act made by the Act Basic Registration Cadastre and Topography. The amendments have a technical character.
