The scope of this Regional law shall be to ensure the right of citizens with three and more children for acquisition free of charge in ownership of the plots of land pertaining to state or municipal property.

This Regional Law regulates relations originating the sphere of conservation, management, promotion and state protection of the objects of cultural heritage of the regional and local significance. Objects of cultural heritage shall be considered elements of land-use planning, landscape, gardens, parks and urban forests. State protection of the objects of cultural heritage shall include identification, registration, conservation and prevention of damages to the objects of cultural heritage.

Le présent règlement met en execution l’article 18 de la loi d’application de la législation fédérale sur les sites contaminés du 31 janvier 2003. Notamment, le règlement régit les émoluments requis pour les prestations du service concernant la gestion du cadastre des sites pollués. The present Ordinance implements both the Cantonal Spatial Information Law of 16 November 2011 and the Federal Spatial Information Act of 5 October 2007. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the enforcement of federal legislation in the field of geographic information and the collection, management and use of spatial data for the area of the canton Basel-Stadt. The Government of Nepal may issue orders for purposes of land survey and measurement which shall be carried out by the prescribed authority (sect. 3). Sections 4 and 5 make provision for the measurement of land and the demarcation of boundaries of specified lands. Section 6 makes provision for land survey operations. After survey, measurement, and registration the prescribed authority shall issue a registration certificate under section 8. Section 10 provides for the classification of land according to its characteristics.

This Act provides for the collection and recovery of land revenue.The Act provides for the establishment of the Land Revenue Office which shall carry out the functions to be carried out by the Revenue Office, Fund and Collection Office or the Land Administration Office (Chapter 2).

These Regulations implement the Aboriginal Heritage Act 1972 by defining powers of the Minister which may determine to what protected areas the public or any person be admitted and the conditions upon which admittance shall be allowed; and may restrict the access to any protected area.The Regulations further provide for offences and penalties, activities requiring written consent of the Minister, etc.

This Act provides for transitional and consequential matters relating to the enactment of the Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006. It amends the Native Title Act 1993, the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Act 2005, the Aboriginal Land (Lake Condah and Framlingham Forest) Act 1987, the Aboriginal Land Rights (Northern Territory) Act 1976 and some other Acts.
