Cet arrêté porte délimitation dans la province du Bazèga de la zone à vocation pastorale de Gaongho-Sud, d'une superficie de 6.762 ha, est située entre les parallèles 1l°56' et 12°04' de latitude Nord et les méridiens 01°03' et 0l°09' de longitude Ouest. La zone à vocation pastorale est constituée d'un ensemble d'espaces de terres rurales délimitées et aménagées à des fins d'activités pastorales en association avec des productions végétales et forestières.

The Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania have agreed as follows: 1) Land, subsoil, water and other natural resources within the boundaries of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania being public property is managed and protected as the basis of life and vital activity. 2) The parties recognize the presence on the territory of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania of natural resources pertaining to federal, republican and joint management.

Cette ordonnance porte la réglementation relative à la coordination des tâches de la Confédération relevant de la politique d'organisation du territoire. En particulier elle vise à améliorer la cohérence de la politique fédérale en matière d'organisation du territoire. L’article 3 établit que les départements, les offices et les services de l'administration générale de la Confédération (unités administratives) sont tenus de coopérer et de coordonner leurs tâches relevant de la politique d'organisation du territoire.

El presente Decreto establece la política general para el ordenamiento territorial, con el objetivo de orientar el uso del territorio en forma sostenible, incluyendo los recursos naturales, la prevención y mitigación de desastres naturales, el fortalecimiento de la gestión administrativa del Estado en el territorio, la coordinación interinstitucional y la gestión de los gobiernos regionales autónomos, municipales y la sociedad civil en función del desarrollo territorial.

The Government of the Russian Federation and the administration of the Nizhni Novgorod Region have agreed as follows: 1) The Parties shall contribute to transfer the use (on terms of preferential lease) of plots of land, constructions and buildings to the federal institutions of culture and art as far as they are necessary for carrying out their activity. 2) The Parties shall contribute to establish taxation of the federal institutions of culture and art on preferential terms and preferential tariffs for communal and other services.

The Government of the Russian Federation and the administration of the Irkutsk Region have agreed as follows: (a)The Government of the Russian Federation jointly with the administration of the Irkutsk Region shall carry out arrangements for state support of the delivery of produce (commodities) to the Northern districts of the region in accordance with federal laws and normative legal acts.

The purpose of these Regulations is to transfer the function of certifying environmental impact assessment of local authority own development from the Minister for the Environment and Local Government to An Bord Pleanála on 1 January 2001. The transfer of the certification function coincides with the transfer of the Minister's function in relation to the approval of compulsory purchases of land by local authorities in accordance with sections 214 and 215 of the Planning and Development Act, 2000.

This Law establishes legal status, the modalities of allotment, attachment and management of the territories of traditional nature management of indigenous scanty population of the North in the Khabarovsk Territory and is aimed at the solution of economic, social and demographic problems of indigenous scanty population of the North for the purpose of ensuring traditional way of life of the aforesaid population.
