The present Law is aimed at foundation of social-economical and legal bases of sustainable development of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, preservation and rational usage of natural resources, historical, cultural and architectural heritage of the Republic and is destined for becoming a base for establishment of legal regulation of activity of persons on mountain territories, statutory acts, releasing its principles. The document consists of VII Chapters that contain 43 articles. Chapter I lays down the general provisions.

Different Divisions of the Development Control Commission shall deal with application for specified types of development permissions. Development permissions that may be applied for include: waste disposal, sewage treatment, and recycling plants, harbour works, and infrastructure and utilities projects.

This Regulation determines targets, tasks and the modalities of carrying out social and hygienic monitoring and formation of the Federal Information Fund containing data of social and hygienic monitoring. Monitoring is carried out for the purpose of ensuring sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population. Data collected within the framework of monitoring regard the following parameters: 1) State of public health and environment, including social factors – public feeding and water supply. 2) Natural and climatic factors such as groundwater, surface water and land use planning.

Une prime annuelle par hectare, destinée à compenser les pertes de revenu découlant du boisement de surfaces agricoles, prévue à l'article 31, paragraphe 1, deuxième alinéa, deuxième tiret du règlement (CE) nº 1257/1999 du Conseil du 17 mai 1999, peut être attribuée dans les conditions fixées par le présent décret. - La prime de compensation de perte de revenu est attribuée pour les boisements réalisés sur des surfaces agricoles.

Urban Code of the Volgograd Region is the main legislative act of the Volgograd Region in the sphere of urban planning and land use planning. Urban Code regulates legal relations in the field of transformation and maintenance of favourable vital functions of the population of the Volgograd Region in urban, countryside areas and interurban territories. Urban Code of the Volgograd Region is based on Urban Code of the Russian Federation and renders concrete its application conformably to the conditions of the Volgograd Region.

These Regulations implement Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1750/1999 which prescribes detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1257/1999 on support for rural development from the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund.

These Regulations implement, in Scotland, Council Directive 85/337/EEC on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment, as amended by Council Directive 97/11/EC, in relation to applications to planning authorities to determine the revised conditions to which an existing minerals planning permission should be subjected to under Schedules 8, 9 and 10 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 ("ROMP applications").

In implementation of the Alpine Convention of 1991, the Signatory Parties have concluded this Protocol to promote their cooperation in matter of territorial planning and sustainable development. The Protocol is divided into five Chapters: (I) General Provisions; (II) Specific Measures; (III) Research, Education and Information; (IV) Enforcement, Control and Assessment; (V) Final Provisions. The Parties undertake to adopt territorial planning and sustainable development policies by harmonizing both economic interests and environmental protection requirements (art. 3).

Cet arrêté porte délimitation dans la province du Bazèga de la zone à vocation pastorale de Gaongho-Sud, d'une superficie de 6.762 ha, est située entre les parallèles 1l°56' et 12°04' de latitude Nord et les méridiens 01°03' et 0l°09' de longitude Ouest. La zone à vocation pastorale est constituée d'un ensemble d'espaces de terres rurales délimitées et aménagées à des fins d'activités pastorales en association avec des productions végétales et forestières.

Le présent arrêté fixe la procédure d'élaboration et d'approbation des schémas directeurs d'aménagement et d'urbanisme (SDAU) au Burkina Faso.
