This Decree consists of 4 Chapters divided into 18 articles: General provisions (I); Contractual assignment of land for agricultural production (II); Contractual assignment of production forest land (III); Implementation provisions (IV). The objectives of contractual land assignment are to use land and forest resources in order to raise production and business efficiency of State-run agricultural or forestry farms, to create more jobs and increase incomes, etc.

This Act makes provision, in 22 Chapters, for the management and conservation of forest resources of Liberia, defines ownership rights and other rights in forests, provides for the protection of the environment and wildlife in forests, regulates the trade in forest products and provides for various other matters relative to forestry and wildlife.Chapter 2 defines rights in forest resources in Liberia and grants the right to the Forestry Development Authority to lease out forestry land.

This Act establishes the National Heritage Fund as a body corporate, defines its functions and provides for its internal organization. The principal object of the Fund shall be to safeguard, manage and promote the national heritage of Mauritius. The Fund shall be administered and managed by the National Heritage Trust Fund Board. The principal functions of the Board shall be to identify sites and to manage national heritage entrusted to it.

These Regulations make provision for the control of activities on public beaches in the sense of the Beach Control Act. The holding of a public gathering on a beach shall be subject to authorization by the Beach Control Authority. Other rules concern swimming and use of boats in the sea adjacent to a public beach, disturbing or damaging of flora and fauna on beaches, pollution, erecting of structures, etc.

La presente Ley declara como Área Silvestre Protegida, con la categoría de manejo Reserva Ecológica, al Banco San Miguel y la Bahía de Asunción y sus lechos y álveos, quedando sujeta el área a las disposiciones de la Ley Nº 352/94 y sus reglamentaciones. La Secretaría del Ambiente se encargará de elaborar un plan de manejo, en el que se deberá incluir la delimitación de una zona de amortiguamiento.

The aim of the present Act is to regulate the stewardship of conservation of land. To this end the Minister may promote programs to recognize, encourage and support measures for the conservation of land. The Act contains at the outset a definition clause relating to various terms employed therein such as, for example, “areas of natural and scientific interest”, “conservation land”, “conservation authority land”, “wetlands”.

The purpose of the present Act is to ensure the respect of natural resources. This term “natural resources” means the renewable resources of Saskatchewan and includes: i) fish; ii) wildlife; iii) wild species; iv) forest products; v) resource lands and provincial forest lands; vi) ecological reserves; vii) other living components of ecosystems within resource lands, provincial forest lands and other lands managed by the department.

The purpose of the present Act is to ensure the protection and the management of Crown land for agriculture and wildlife. The Crown lands listed in the Schedule are designated as wildlife habitat lands, but any of those lands may be withdrawn from the Schedule by regulations. No person shall alter wildlife habitat lands unless the alteration is permitted in the regulations or authorized by the Minister. The text consists of 10 sections.
