Saskatchewan Farm Security Act.

The purpose of the present Act is to afford protection to farmers against loss of their farm land. For the purpose of the present Act “farming” includes livestock production, poultry breeding, dairying, tillage of the soil, bee-keeping, fur farming or any other activity undertaken to produce primary agricultural produce and animals. Section 5 establishes that the Farm Land Security Board and the Saskatchewan Farm Ownership Board are continued as The Farm Land Security Board consisting of those persons appointed as members by the Lieutenant Governor in Council.

The present Agreement among the Selkirk First Nation and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada and the Government of the Yukon establishes the framework of a modern First Nation Government. In particular, the Agreement provides for the power to enact laws of a local or private nature on settlement land and for many aspects of the citizens' lives (marriage, adoption, education, administration of estates, etc.).

This Decree consisting of 31 articles divided in V Sections aims at regulating land ownership in Oman and guarantying lands rights to the Omani population. El presente Decreto Legislativo modifica la Ley de promoción del acceso a la propiedad formal, respecto a la introducción de medidas complementarias para la promoción del acceso a la propiedad formal, disponiendo entre otras cosas, la modificación de normas relacionadas con la adjudicación de tierras del Estado con fines de vivienda a través de la implementación de Programas de Adjudicación de Lotes de Vivienda, a cargo del Organismo de Formalización de la Propiedad Informal (COFOPRI).

The Land Rights Policy is a national sectoral policy that provides the Land Commission’s policy recommendations for land rights in Liberia, centred on four basic types of rights: public land, Government land, customary land, and private land. In addition, a Protected Area is defined as a land which may fall under the Government Land, customary land, or private land categories, but which must be conserved for the benefit of all Liberians. The Policy will form the basis of a new land rights law, and will require substantial changes to the existing legal framework.

These Measures, consisting of 23 articles, provide for the rules and requirements for rural residential land administration.The term "rural residential land" as mentioned in these Measures refers to the land that rural residents have acquired through legal procedures for the construction of residential housing. Rural residential lands are collectively-owned. Rural residents have the right to use the rural residential lands, and do not have the ownership thereof. The ownership and the right of use of the house sites are protected by law.
