This Act provides for the management of land and natural resources in the county of Finnmark. This shall be done in a balanced and ecologically sustainable manner for the benefit of the residents of the county and particularly as so as to enhance Sami culture, reindeer husbandry, use of non-cultivated areas, commercial activity and social life. The Act shall apply to real property and watercourses with natural resources in the county of Finnmark. On the shoreline, the Act shall apply as far out to sea as private right of ownership extends.

This Act amends the land Act, 1999 and Courts (Land Disputes Settlements) Act, 2002. The Land Act 1999 is amended in provisions concerning the jurisdiction of the District Land and Housing Tribunal and the District Court (sect. 50), exemption of leased land or any class of leased land from application of provisions of Part IX of the principal Act (sect. 77), determination of the amount of rent for leased land (sect. 78), and disputes regarding leases and termination of lease (sects.

El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Reglamento que desarrolla los principios, definiciones, procedimientos, requisitos y criterios técnicos y geográficos en materia de demarcación territorial, así como los lineamientos del proceso de saneamiento de límites y organización territorial, contemplados en la Ley de demarcación y organización territorial.

This Act makes provision for the administration of the adjudication of any area of Trust land designated by the Minister. The Minister may designate, by Order, Trust land to which provisions of this Act apply if: (a) the county council in whom the land is vested so requests; (b) the Minister considers it expedient that the rights and interests of persons in the land should be ascertained and registered; and (c) the Land Consolidation Act does not apply to the area.

These Regulations provide for specified matters in relation with procedures for the adjudication of trust land under the Land Adjudication Act. They concern the cost of demarcation and an appeal to the Minister under section 29 of the Act. Any person who is aggrieved by the determination of an objection against the adjudication register under section 26 of the Act may, within sixty days after the date of the determination, appeal against the determination to the Minister.

These Regulations provide rules for proceedings before the Tribunal established under the Tenant (Shops, Hotels and Catering Establishments) Act and prescribe forms of notices relative to tenancy contracts and proceedings before the Tribunal. The Regulations provide that forms used in proceedings before the Tribunal shall be the forms used in subordinate courts from time to time with such modification as may be necessary.

La presente Ley regula en forma complementaria y desarrolla el proceso de formalización de la propiedad informal, el acceso al suelo para uso de vivienda de interés social orientado a los sectores de menores recursos económicos y establece el procedimiento para la ejecución de obras de servicios básicos de agua, desagüe y electricidad en las áreas consolidadas y en proceso de formalización.

The present Act lays down provisions relating to expropriation proceedings. The Act contains at the outset a definition clause relating to various terms employed therein such as, for example, “Board”, “expropriate”, “expropriating authority”, “injurious affection”, “owner”, registered owner”, “tenant”. Section 13 establishes that where land is expropriated, the compensation payable to the owner shall be based upon: a) the market value of the land; b) the damages attributable to disturbance; c) damages for injurious affection; and d) any special difficulties in relocation.

The purpose of the present Act is to ensure that every person whose land is expropriated shall be compensated. The Act contains at the outset a definition clause relating to various terms employed therein such as, for example, “appraisal report”, “Board”, “Court”, “expropriation authority”, “expropriation document”, “land”, “owner”, “registered owner”. Section 47 establishes that the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board shall determine any compensation where the parties have not agreed on the amount of compensation.

La présente loi s’applique à toute expropriation à réaliser sur le territoire du canton, à moins que la législation fédérale ne soit exclusivement applicable. La présente loi s’applique également à l’indemnisation due en cas de restriction de la propriété équivalant à une expropriation (expropriation matérielle). L’expropriation n’est admissible que dans les cas d’utilité publique déterminés par une loi et dans la mesure où la réalisation de l’ouvrage correspond à un intérêt public.
