This Act concerns the management of land and the planning of land uses in Northwest Territories. It contains provisions on development schemes, zoning and construction, it provides for the establishment of the Development Appeal Board and regulates right to enter into lands, inspections and enforcement.

The present Law establishes legal bases for the concession of state, municipal and private land in lease and lease relations. Lease land means fixed-date land tenancy on contractual basis. The present Law regulates leasing relations in the Azerbaijan Republic, determines rights and obligations of subjects of leasing contract. The document consists of V Secs. that contain 16 Arts. Section I (arts. 1-3) lays down general provisions. Section II (art. 4) specifies the forms of leasing activity. Section III (Arts. 5-8) regards leasing contract. Section IV (Arts. 9-12) establishes rights and obligations of the subjects of leasing contract. Section V (Arts. 13-16) regards termination of the leasing contract.

This Act provides for the assessment of real property in New Brunswick for taxation purposes. The Act defines the mode for assessing real property and related procedures and exemptions. The valuation methods and procedures are described as well as appeals to the Assessment and Planning Appeal Board for disputes on assessment and related issues.

This Act regulates the landlord-tenant relationship in New Brunswick. It covers all issues related to the rights and duties of each party, it consists of 79 sections and is divided into the following parts: Covenants and Conditions; Overholding Tenants; Summary Proceedings and Regulations.

This Act concerns surface rights and their administration in Manitoba.

These Rules provide for matters relative to proceedings of arbitration and appeal to the Supreme Court as provided for in the Acquisition of Land Act 1970. Matters regulated include such the place of arbitration, hearings, notice of filing of appeal and procedures of hearing at the Court. The Rules also set out principles applicable to determination of value of land.

This Act provides for acquisition of lands by the Government for public purposes. No land shall be acquired by the Government: (a) unless the acquisition of the land or the purpose for which it is to be acquired has been expressly authorized by the Legislature (except for construction of roads). The acquisition of land by the Government shall be by means of purchase by agreement or by means of compulsory purchase as provided for in this Act. Part II concerns purchase by agreement between the Minister and the owner of the land.

Any owner, whose return has been rejected under section 7 of the Land Tax Act and for which an assessment has been made, may object to the valuation with the Commissioner of Lands and Surveys who may refer the matter to the Judge in Chambers (sect. 11). The notice of appeal required by section 11 of the Land Tax Act shall be in Form 1 in the Schedule hereto.
