This sectoral Strategy is a review of the Agriculture Sector Strategy 2011 – 2013 aiming at reaching of the Vision of a sustainable and feasible agriculture sector that can compete domestically and externally; and can effectively contribute to enhancing food security and the connection between the Palestinian people and their land, while also enhancing Palestinian state-building efforts through resource sovereignty.

According to article 91a, paragraph 1, of the German Constitution (Grundgesetz) measures on the improvement of production methods, working conditions, management and in general in the agricultural, fishery, forestry and water sector shall be taken with the agreement of regional governments. For this purpose a common frame work is devised and every year within the 1 March the Länder submit a general working plan to the Federal Minister for Nutrition, Agriculture and Forestry for approvement within the said frame work. The Act consists of 14 articles.

El Plan Nacional de Desarrollo es un instrumento multi-sectorial de alcance nacional, relativo al período 2017-2021, que establece nueve objetivos estructurados en torno a tres Ejes principales, a saber: 1) Derechos para todos durante toda la vida; 2) Economía al servicio de la sociedad; 3) Más sociedad, mejor Estado.

La presente Ley establece las normas básicas e instrumentos de gestión de observancia general, para ordenar el uso del territorio y los asentamientos humanos en el país, con pleno respeto a los derechos humanos, así como el cumplimiento de las obligaciones que tiene el Estado para promoverlos, respetarlos, protegerlos y garantizarlos plenamente. La Ley regula la concurrencia de la Federación, de las entidades federativas, los municipios y las Demarcaciones Territoriales para la planeación, ordenación y regulación de los asentamientos humanos en el territorio nacional.

El presente Decreto modifica el Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector Administrativo Agropecuario, Pesquero y de Desarrollo Rural, en relación con las Zonas de Interés de Desarrollo Rural, Económico y Social (Zidres). This Act amends the Constitution of Zambia by repealing the Preamble and replacing Part I (Supremacy of the Constitution), Part II (National values, principles and economic policies), Part IV (Citizenship), Part V (Representation of the People). Parts from VI to XIV are also repealed and replaced. New Parts from XV to XX are inserted.

La presente Resolución aprueba la Normativa ambiental para otorgamiento de autorización ambiental para el uso sostenible de los suelos agropecuarios y forestales, que será aplicable a las personas naturales y jurídicas que realicen actividades de reactivación agrícola y/o cambio de rubro agropecuario en todo el territorio nacional, dentro y fuera de áreas protegidas.
