This Law adds some provisions to the Law on concessions of the Tuzla Canton (Official Gazette 50/2004, 7/2005, 6/2011 and 1/2013).New provisions are related to the official administrative deadlines for financial and fiscal obligations deriving from funds obtained from concessions granted on the territory of the Tuzla Canton (part of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina).

This Law cancels important provisions part of the Law on concessions of the Tuzla Canton (Official Gazette 50/2004, 7/2005 and 6/2011).Provisions regarding the concessions grating the use of wind power for commercial purposes, and use of solar energy for commercial purposes (article 3, points 16 and 17) are cancelled.

La présente ordonnance fixe les règles d'acquisition de la propriété des terrains urbains, à l'exception de ceux destinés à l'industrie ou à la promotion touristique Aux termes de cette ordonnance, toute occupation d'un terrain urbain doit être justifiée par la possession d'un titre de concession définitive délivré par le ministre chargé de la Construction et de l'Urbanisme.

The purpose of the present Law is to regulate land use planning in the Canton of Schaffhausen.

This Law establishes legal grounds for investments in accordance with concessions and is aimed at ensuring protection of rights and legal interests of investors, Republic of Belarus and it administrative and territorial units. In case of concessions related to subsoil, waterbodies, forests and land shall be applicable the present Law if otherwise is not envisaged by the acting legislation.

This Law, consisting of 21 articles, creates the National Granting System of lands for agricultural, forestry or silvopastoril purpose, called «Bolsa de terras». This Law applies to rural lands according to their registration and subject to the legislation regulating the ownership transfer of goods.

This Law approves fiscal benefits to the use of agricultural, forestry and silvopastoril lands and to the promotion of the «Bolsa de terras». In particular, this Law establishes tax reductions aimed at stimulating the National Granting System of lands, amending the Fee Regulation for Land Registration, approved by Decree-Law No. 322-A/2001 of 14 December.

Article 6 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Extension of the period of validity of concession agreement, concessor (public partner) of which is a subject of the Russian Federation or a municipal unit shall be performed subject to approval by anti-monopoly body.

It establishes that management of rural land cadastre in locations subject to the action of IDARON Agency, including as a result of cooperative arrangements or agreements, shall be governed by the provisions of this Regulation.
