En particulier, l’ordonnance régit: a) la perception d’une taxe sur le stockage définitif de déchets en Suisse et sur l’exportation de déchets destinés au stockage définitif à l’étranger; b) l’affectation du produit de la taxe au paiement d’indemnités pour: 1) l’investigation, la surveillance et l’assainissement de sites pollués, 2) l’investigation de sites qui se révèlent non pollués.

This report seeks to present micro evidence on how environmental changes affect poor households. It focuses primarily on environmental resources that are outside the private sphere, particularly commonly held and managed resources such as forests, fisheries, and wildlife. The objectives for this volume are three-fold. It is first interested in using an empirical data-driven approach to examine the dependence of the poor on natural resources. The second objective is to examine the role of the environment in determining health outcomes.

Le présent arrêté du Gouvernement flamand règle l'arrêt volontaire, complet et définitif de la production de tous les effluents d'élevage provenant de volaille. L’article 2 établit que dans les limites des crédits budgétaires approuvés à cet effet, il est alloué une indemnité d'arrêt aux éleveurs de volaille qui cessent l'exploitation de la production de tous effluents d'élevage provenant de volaille sur un élevage existant, conformément aux conditions et modalités visées par le décret d'arrêt.

Regulation on the landfill of waste.

The present Decree approves the Regulation which shall govern the installation and functioning of waste landfills. Article 2 defines the application scope. The Regulation shall apply to establishments engaged in the management of non hazardous waste. There are hereby established the conditions for the acceptance of waste at landfills. Inspections shall be carried out to ensure that emission limit standards are not exceeded, in order to prevent air and water pollution.

Repealed by: Decree repealing the Regulation on the landfill of waste. (2006-07-05)
